Every journey begins with a single step. I think I’ve taken thousands of steps for this particular journey. The writing world (more specifically the publishing world) is a tough nut to crack. I’ve written multiple, full-length screenplays, teleplays, treatments, novels, and online articles from news pieces to humorous perspectives. I write because I enjoy it and I can’t seem to keep my opinions, ideas, notions, and commentary to myself. For me writing is akin to breathing… it comes naturally as long as it’s on topics of interest to me or just plain fun.
So this blog will be an outlet to reach you, the reader. I hope you come back to see what I am up to and where/who is carrying my books. I am very excited to finally get my manuscripts out there. And Drake Eldorado, my favorite character thus far, is the catalyst to get this ball rolling. A character born with incredible genetics and a brooding, muscle car mentality; the perfect guy to slowly hone through novels, making him grow in personal perception and rebel against those who would slay the world. He’s not a “good guy”. He’s a man with an attitude who aligns himself only with those who can help him at the moment. A modern day barbarian who can turn on a dime. Passion, anger, fear, brutality and so many more raw emotions spur the fires of the Drake Eldorado series. I hope you’ll be interested in reading about Drake and how he aims to make a difference by his rules.
This year I hope to release four novels. Three Drake Eldorado books and a unique horror book titled, The Wastewater Plant.
