The Wastewater Plant is my first standalone novel (no relation to my series of books). As of the writing of this book, I work at a wastewater treatment plant as an operator. I’ve worked with all kinds of equipment, technology, and styles of operating, but it’s the coworkers that make the job fun or not. Luckily for me, my career in the wastewater field has been filled with some great coworkers. Some might not be as bright as others, but that doesn’t take away the fact that they’ve made the job enjoyable for the most part. It’s the can-do spirit of operators, sometimes simply armed with Twist Ties and Duct Tape that make it all so exciting at times. Some of these folks could build a rocket out of nothing it would seem (a crappy rocket, but still a rocket). It’s an amazing, innovative group that keeps civilization safe from typhoid, cholera, etc., 24/7.

Besides operations, there are others in the ranks that play a vital part in the running of the typical plant; maintenance (the folks who fix equipment), laboratory staff (those who apprise operations of the makeup of the wastewater being treated), collections (the workers who keep city wastewater lines flowing and lift stations running), administration (the people who keep plant staff apprised of everything from public tours to agendas), and the engineers (the self-proclaimed brains who feel they need to stick their fingers into everything).

You all play key roles in this industry. If I’ve forgotten anyone, please feel free to file a grievance.

This book is my way of getting your hard work out to the world. You all deserve the kind of recognition firefighters, police officers, and health care staff get. You help keep civilization safe from the things no one can see or really ever want to see. High fives all around! A great reward awaits you in the afterlife for your wastewater sacrifices. I believe that.

As you should be aware by now, this book is a work of fiction. The characters are loosely based upon personalities I’ve come across in this constantly changing field. I’ve worked at a couple plants and have toured even more, so I’ve met some strange minds, rough personalities, cool folks, lazy bums and every other personality that one can imagine. Just like any other career, this one has all kinds of fish swimming in the pond – this just happens to be a wastewater pond.

So thanks for being you. I couldn’t have written this without your flare for the (you name it) and the creative algorithm of my mind. In the end, The Wastewater Plant came to fruition, a truly frightening concoction that includes a little piece of us all. I hope that you’ll support me, dear wastewater brothers and sisters. My wastewater wage just doesn’t cut it anymore.

It’s getting crazy out in this world (mad world to be sure). How crazy? Let’s look at my healthcare premiums.

In a quick 4 years, the price has jumped by $538.98

In my current position, beginning 2013, a whopping $360 comes out of my monthly paycheck to cover my family’s medical insurance. This means that I must downgrade to a cheaper health plan that may not cover as much in regards to prescriptions, surgeries, specialists, etc.

Not only has my healthcare coverage taken a hit, but the payroll tax jumped back up by 2% this year. Remember that?

Retirement benefits have also increased in price, hence more cuts from my paycheck.

I had benefits. Now I have very expensive benefits. I can only imagine what it’s like for those of you who don’t make a decent wage. Many working folks out there have no medical coverage or any kind of retirement what so ever. That’s horrible.

Personally, I think this country is being steered by power hungry government, corporate giants, and global elitists with a specific agenda. The agenda isn’t to create a wonderful nation that is fair, just, and follows the U.S. Constitution. They are squeezing The People in order to create division, disharmony, class warfare and it’s being propagated by the manipulation of markets, deceptive healthcare practices, biased news reporting, finger pointing, and the lie of what’s best for us (you and I). They know what’s best, right? They make lots of money. They must know what’s best for us. We should really listen to them. They’re so smart. They got degrees… Blah! Blah! Blah!

Take a look around. Don’t look through the eyes of a Democrat or a Republican. Forget those deceivers. I want you, the free you to look at our nation right now. Do you see us improving in any way? I don’t. I see a country that is being destroyed by the largest consumer in the world – the United States Government.

- Our healthcare system is breaking down by design in order to usher in a more consolidated type of healthcare. Don’t worry, you’ll be consolidated as well.

- I see our education system bloated with know-nothing bureaucrats and social engineers. Our kids have suffered enormously by our broken public school system of which politicians and corporate masters won’t even send their own kids to attend.

- The military is being whittled down via the globalists plan to break the Middle East. We have more soldiers committing suicide than being killed by enemy combatants.

- We have cities filing for bankruptcy. BANKRUPTCY! Can you believe that?! Now we have states; such as California (once an economic machine and envy of the world) in major debt. California could file for bankruptcy. Are you kidding!!!

- America, once the greatest, most innovative nation on the planet is now under a mountain of debt. Our government, by plot and design, has borrowed so much money that we can’t even pay it back. The only way we could get out of this economic noose is by declaring war on the debt holders (mainly China as Japan is more of an ally) and then say we won’t pay it back due to the war. What a dangerous web our “elected” officials have woven. Stuck like a pig is what we are… bleeding profusely.

Those are only a few items. There’s more. A lot more. I just don’t have the desire to address everything. But be certain, the Democrats nor the Republicans are your friends. They are friends of corporations and the globalists. They could care less about you, your kids, or this great nation. Believe that. See it. Breathe it.

I don’t know what the answer is. Well I should say that I don’t know what the safe answer is. Deep down, I think every politician and lawyer in Washington DC, and those in the state capitols, should be tarred and feathered and then deported to some far away country, never allowed to return again. We NEED smart people in charge. A round table of scientists, engineers, mathematicians, and blue collar, common sense folks to reinvent American government with the foundation of the US Constitution as the guiding principal. If we keep the current people in office, we are doomed. I guarantee that.

Since we know that nothing is going to change anytime soon, I recommend that you learn how to hunt, fish, garden, cook over fire, and survive. Life is about to get more expensive. People will get unruly. Budgets will continue to be cut. And the feds will still siphon as much money from you and I as possible. Damn the Internal Revenue Service and God Bless America!

According to Peter’s Gematria Site – The Oxford English Dictionary defines gematria as, “A cabbalistic method of interpreting the Hebrew Scriptures by interchanging words whose letters have the same numerical value when added.” This is actually a rather restrictive definition because gematria was every bit as important to other peoples in antiquity, and examples of its use are more common in the culture of classical Greece than in Judaism.

Gematria works on the premise that the letters of the alphabet can also be used as numbers, and therefore words and phrases acquire distinctive numerical values. A well known example is that of God, whose name spelt in Hebrew, is IHVH (IHVHgif). The values of these four letters are 10 – 5 – 6 – 5, thus the ‘number of His name’ is 26. It follows from this, by means of numerical equivalence, that God is identifiable with AHBH and AChD – Love and Unity – because the letter values of these two words sum as 1 + 5 + 2 + 5 and 1 + 8 + 4 = 26.

I found some of the comparisons to people’s names with their numerical meaning fascinating. I also placed my name in a Gematria calculator and then looked up my numbers on numerology sites. Those were intriguing too. I’ve always believed that we live up to our name. That our given birth name bestows a certain destiny upon us as individuals. Gematria can either reinforce that notion or detract from it. I won’t comment. I will just keep playing.

Jamie Foxx, the star of the controversial, Tarantino directed film, DJANGO UNCHAINED, believes that movie violence does affect movie goers. He’s right. But where he’s wrong is by profiting off of violent movies, espousing that stated belief, and then making videos about how to water down the 2nd Amendment because us little people are just too irresponsible to keep our guns to protect ourselves.

So here’s the comparison. There are many massive corporations who have abused capitalism, morphing the mom and pop system of cash for goods (capitalism) into a system filled with companies that are near monopolies and beholden to no one. These corporations have become multinational corporations with plants and offices strewn across the globe. In the search of how to maximize profits, they have dumped their place of birth, America, for places like China, Mexico, etc., pulling the carpet out from underneath not only the economy but the American workers who helped build that company.

Why?

Simply in the name of profits and globalizing the world through product placement.

Wondering how this dishonorable, treasonous, even terrorist-like behavior compares to Hollywood? It’s pretty basic when you break it down. Instead of making movies that a particular actor or actress fully endorses, they make movies that they believe could be unhealthy for movie goers; such as Jamie Foxx with DJANGO UNCHAINED. He’s not the only one. Hollywood is filled, bloated with stars who live the high life, maximizing profits by doing something that they know is highly influential yet something that they don’t endorse in real life; such as the 2nd Amendment. Hollywood stars travel across the world to various premieres, promoting their movie’s message to people of all sorts of cultures and creeds, dropping violent images, swearing, drug abuse, anti-family themes, etc. into the minds of uneducated, third world folks.

The pen is mightier than the sword. A movie is a director’s interpretation of a screenplay – the written word via pen or computer. And a picture is worth a thousand words (film, digital film, HDTV, etc.). Movies, flashy images, and the message behind it is incredibly powerful. People cheer, cry, root for, applaud, and have multiple emotional responses to movies. Don’t believe the crap that movies don’t have an influence on movie goers. That’s a cop-out, chicken shit response to make you feel like a fool for asking.

They are exactly like the multinational corporation. They spread soulless product placement far and wide. This isn’t just about entertainment. This is about indoctrinating people into the Hollywood mindset. The same mindset they, corporations, and government want Americans to have – to be passive sheep who know that they aren’t responsible enough to make good choices for themselves. It’s insidious. It’s like smoke wafting in through the floor vents until there is too much of it and one can’t survive unless they make an adjustment. For smoke you put on a SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) to survive. If you want to survive in the new world of passive sheep then you need to change the way you think. That’s the idea of product placement and globalization. Hollywood, multinational corporations, government, and the globalists have the same agenda. You’re on their To-Do List. So go get ready to get your mind sheared. Being blamed and shamed into submission is coming to a theater near you. They got all the time in the world to “entertain” you and yours. Meanwhile, the movie stars surrounded by armed guards and the multinational corporate CEO’s up high in their shiny towers will continue to make enormous sums of money off your ignorance.

Is this all crazy? You be the judge. After all, it’s your good judgement that gets you through life.
